Hello, I’m Gina


It was nine years ago, whilst studying Neuroscience I discovered the transformative power of yoga. Both these experiences ignited my life-long curiosity into the mind-body connection and led me to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training in India in 2017 and more recently my 500-hour in Bali.


Yoga, for me, is a moving meditation—a way to connect with the mind and body on any given day. With training in traditional and contemporary styles and over a decade’s experience in various movement modalities, I specialise in vinyasa and power yoga.


In my classes expect a supporting empowering environment, whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi. Each session is a journey of self discovery, encouraging students to tap into their strength, cultivate self awareness and be present in their bodies. My classes are infused with elements of traditional wisdom, a focus on breath and moments of introspection. By practicing together outdoors we can tap into the beauty of nature as a connective and grounding force.

Vinyasa

The aim of Vinyasa is to synchronise breath with movement to promote balance in the mind and body. Originally rooted in Ashtanga, Vinyasa allows for a more fluid, dynamic and creative practice. Good for those who wish to move intuitively and freely within in their body (all levels welcome)

Power

Another form of Vinyasa focused on synchronising breath with movement, but with an added strength and endurance element. The aim is to build strength in the body and mind, and foster our inner calm whilst challenged. Good for those who want a challenge (all levels welcome)
